Mental health includes many areas of our wellbeing including our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It impacts how we handle stress, how we connect with one another and how we act within our lives. We all have mental health and can all take steps to take care of it. That being said, it can be tricky to know where to start. 

Here is a compilation of some lists made by other organizations that specialize in wellness and mental health. This is not exhaustive. If you cannot find what you are looking for, search mental health support for your city, school or community and there will be tailored results!
