Recipe: Fresh Mint Tea


  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey (or desired amount to sweeten)


  1. Add fresh mint and lemon juice to boiling water and let steep for 5-8 minutes (longer is stronger).
  2. Once tea has cooled add 1/2 tsp honey (or desired amount to sweeten). If you add honey when it’s too hot you may lose the beneficial antioxidant and healing properties of the honey. Read more
