Kevin Huo

Kevin Huo is an anthropologist, political scientist, and radio broadcaster. As a alumni of the 2015 Arctic Expedition, a member of the SOI Alumni Council, and previously attended the Arctic Futures 2050 conference with an alumni delegation Kevin has found Alaska and the Arctic to be a home. Kevin enjoys wandering, reading, and discussing everything and anything as long as it ends or begins with a good cup of tea. Kevin is currently serving as a Alaska Fellow with Alaska Center ICE based at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. As an Innovation Fellow Kevin is greatly involved with the innovation, entrepreneurship, and communities in Alaska. As a part time radio broadcaster, Kevin hosts a radio/podcast show titled ‘Speaking of Anthropology’ (found here: https://speakingofanthro.wixsite.com/speakingofanthro). Kevin is excited to help host the SOI Bridge Podcast and looks forward to bringing forth great discussions.
